• How do I login to my RCC?
  • The link to your RCC is http://www.southo.net/rcc. Be sure to bookmark this page for easy access.
• Where can I find documentation on how to use and customize my RCC?
  • Login to your RCC
  • In the left column, click on the SUPPORT link near the bottom
  • Click on the DOCUMENTATION tab at the top of the main section. There you will find three PDF files you can download that will furnish all of the info necessary to use and customize your RCC.
• Can I set up my own Reseller Program?
  • No. At this time, a reseller cannot setup their own reseller program through the RCC. However, a reseller CAN setup an affiliate program to help drive business to their company's site.
• How do I set up an Affiliate Program?
  • You will first need to research how you want your Affiliate Program to work and create a Web page (using the ABOUT US page type) explaining the details of your program and link it to the affiliate application page.
  • Then you will need to creat a new affiliate application page (using the AFFILIATES page type).
  • Once an applicatinon has been submitted, the new affiliate will receive an email with their new link to use in order to receive credit for referrals and login information to their control panel where they can track money you owe them.
  • In your RCC under MARKETING DIRECTOR/CAMPAIGN MANAGER you can view your list of affiliate campaigns and track how well they are working by viewing the report page.
• Does this program have a support ticket system?
  • Yes. You can track your trouble tickets from your customers to you and from you to Southo.net in your RCC under ACCOUNT DIRECTOR/SUPPORT MANAGER/TROUBLE TICKETS.
